We share information with processors only as needed: - Payments: Stripe - Advertising: Google AdSense - AI processing: Google (Gemini API, etc.) - Hosting / infrastructure Except as required by law, we do not sell or disclose your information to third parties without consent.

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Our processors (Stripe, Google, etc.) may process data in the United States and other countries, under appropriate safeguards.

8. No sale of personal information (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

9. Minors

The Service is not intended for users under 18. Minors must obtain a guardian's consent before use.

10. Cookies and ads

Beyond cookies necessary to run the Service, we use cookies for analytics and advertising (Google AdSense). AdSense may use cookies for personalized ads; you can opt out via Google's Ad Settings.

11. AI processing

The Service performs the following AI processing: - Strategy ideas and analysis text you submit are sent to Google Generative AI (Gemini) to normalize into the canonical schema, match against existing strategies (the reproduction gate), and produce chat responses. - Per Google's policy, your data is not used to train Google's AI models. - The accuracy of AI-generated output is not guaranteed.

12. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, leakage, or damage.

13. Use of data for AI training

- Ideas and results submitted as paid private analyses are never used by us to train AI models. - Data posted to the public board is published under the CC-BY-4.0 license only when you choose to make it public, with the expectation that third parties and AI may cite and reuse it.

We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
