First Mind, Inc. ("we") handles your information in connection with qbuntu (the "Service") as described below.
1. Operator

2. Information we collect
- Account information (email address, auth-provider identifiers) - Usage (API/MCP request logs, analytics) - Strategy and analysis data you submit - Cookies and similar technologies (No paid plans are currently offered, so we do not collect payment information. If paid plans open, payment will be processed by Stripe and card numbers will not be stored on our servers; this policy will be updated first.)
3. How we use it
- Operating the Service and authenticating you - AI-mediated normalization of submissions, matching against existing strategies (the reproduction gate), and chat responses - Quality improvement and abuse prevention - Responding to inquiries and sending essential notices
4. Sharing and processors
We share information with processors only as needed: - AI processing: Google (Gemini API, etc.) - Analytics: Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4) - Hosting / infrastructure Except as required by law, we do not sell or disclose your information to third parties without consent. (If paid plans open, Stripe will be added as our payment processor; this policy will be updated first.)
5. Legal bases (GDPR, etc.)
We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your data. Contact [email protected].
7. International transfers
Our processors (Stripe, Google, etc.) may process data in the United States and other countries, under appropriate safeguards.
8. No sale of personal information (CCPA)
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
9. Minors
The Service is not intended for users under 18. Minors must obtain a guardian's consent before use.
10. Cookies and ads
Beyond cookies necessary to run the Service, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (both provided by Google LLC) to understand usage and improve the Service. The following information is sent to Google LLC: URLs of pages viewed, date and time of access, browser and device information, IP address, and identifiers such as cookies. It is used to analyze and improve the Service; see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) for how Google handles it. We do not currently serve third-party advertising; if we introduce ads, this policy will be updated first.
11. AI processing
The Service performs the following AI processing: - Strategy ideas and analysis text you submit are sent to Google Generative AI (Gemini) to normalize into the canonical schema, match against existing strategies (the reproduction gate), and produce chat responses. - Per Google's policy, your data is not used to train Google's AI models. - The accuracy of AI-generated output is not guaranteed.
12. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, leakage, or damage.
13. Use of data for AI training
- Content you submit but do not publish is never used by us to train AI models. - Data posted to the public board is published under the CC-BY-4.0 license only when you choose to make it public, with the expectation that third parties and AI may cite and reuse it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
